Returns Policy

You are welcome to amend you order within 48hrs should your order have not been started or already posted. All items are hand made for you, and as such cannot be cancelled once I start making an order, this is usually with in 48hrs. Under distance shelling laws items under the value of £42 are exempt.

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty and in this case it will normally be repaired or replaced.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items that contain spelling mistakes or errors due to customer error. Please carefully check all spellings before sending your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please pack/post safely (with proof of postage) as we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of item within the postal service.
